Haryana College of Technology and Management, Kaithal/HCTM,  The institute is established in 1998, approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University(MDU).

Years ago Late Dr. Puran Chand, Founder of Dr. Puran Chand Dharmarth Trust, realized the need of quality technical education in Kaithal District and its surrounding areas. To fulfill this requirement and his personal desire, in 1998, he founded Haryana College of Technology & Management Kaithal, a brainchild of this Philanthropic Society. To change the country from developing to developed, the management of Haryana College of Technology & Management Kaithal, is committed and is provide educational services and to continuous supply of skilled professional who carry in their heart and mind the acquired knowledge, required courage and desired enthusiasm to plunge into action and to meet the shortage in India and the other parts of the world. Our philosophy is to provide excellent education and concentrating on regular improvements in its infrastructure, academics, technical, placement, social or cultural activities. Through our college we want to serve the state, the nation and the world by providing talented, broadly educated engineers, conducting high quality research and preserving technical knowledge.
